The Michigan Military Families Benefit is a Non-Profit
Corporation that raises money by organizing a yearly Motorcycle
event.
100% of the profits raised from any given "benefit"
put on by the "MMFB" is given to our "Charity of choice"
for the current year of that event.
All beneficiaries of the funds raised are registered 501(c)3 Non-Profits and
work hard to support the families of our Michigan Military members.
Each benefit consists of but is not limited to
the following:
- Benefit Ride
- Motorcycle Raffle
- Cycle related vendor area
- Food vendors
- Beer Tent
- Bike show
- 50/50 Drawings
- Door Prizes
We are continually trying to improve each year
by learning from the previous events to grow this event into a widely sought
after place to be.
Financial Information/FAQ's:
If you're wondering what we do with the the money here's a short synopsis.
During the process of this event we do incur some bills that need to be paid, despite our searches we have yet to find a company or companies who will donate 100% of everything it takes to put on an event like this. NOT that we haven't tried.
Things like T-Shirts, Tent/table/chair rentals, trophies, bands, ticket printing, radio commercials, vest patches, Raffle Cash prize and porta pottie rentals. You get the idea.
Over and above the little things that add up all money left after paying the bills goes right to our chosen recipient for the year of the benefit. Not one person associated with the Benefit, it's planning, the Board of Directors or any volunteers make a dime. So feel free to rest easy that your money/donations WILL NOT be directed to anything other than our event or it's intended recipient.
